The Cursa II Dynamic Cushion can be used alongside the Dynamic Mattress Systems, providing 24-hour care. Its low-profile design and anti-slip base mat help provide greater stability for the patient. The long securing straps enables it to fit to most chairs. The Cursa II purposely comes with its own pump to ensure adequate posterior pressures are achieved.
The Cursa II can accommodate patients assessed to be up to very high risk of developing pressure injuries or have existing tissue damage up to category IV with a patient weight limit of up to 200kg. Suitable in both acute and community environments.
The system combines two therapy modes to suit both patient and clinical preference: Alternating Therapy and Continuous Low Pressure therapy.
Both therapies provide pressure redistribution promoting immersion and envelopment of the patient into the surface and optimise patient comfort.
Intelligent Pressure Management (IPM) Technology monitors, detects and automatically responds to changes in patient weight, position and posture minimising high peak pressures under vulnerable areas of the patient’s skin. IPM technology saves power during cycling times - reducing stock and maintenance costs.

Antimicrobial, waterproof, multi-stretch cover and base sheet are easy to clean, feature welded seams and handles and 360° zip for easy removal of top cover.
